In addition to other assignments for Great Southern Homes, I undertook the creation of illustrations for neighborhood site plans and the development of watercolor renderings for each home elevation offered by the company. This encompassed the production of multi-page brochures highlighting individual elevations and floor plans, which are distributed both digitally and in print as per the preferences of real estate agents. Furthermore, on occasion, Great Southern Homes would present select construction projects to other companies for potential acquisition. In response, I was tasked with designing, writing, and producing booklets for use in these presentations to prospective buyers.

Other projects also included the design and distribution of postcards to specific mailing lists in the areas surrounding new neighborhoods. Additionally, door hangers were produced for distribution in neighborhoods with potential buyers.
